About the event
We officially partnered with the City of Riverside by adopting Mt. Rubidoux! We are really excited. City of Riverside understands that we are outdoor/ climbing oriented but we have big plans for Rubi.
Our first event of the removal of the invasive plant went well. We are ready to go a bit bigger. We need about 15 to 20 people to join this time. These castor plants are like small trees with seeds on its branches. You probably seen them while hiking or climbing, especially around Wall of Glass, it's the western hill slope of Mt. Rubidoux off the Santa Ana River Trail. These plants are extremely invasive and flammable. We need to remove them! Please RSVP as soon as possible to get a spot.
